Cinestar Pictures LLC was formed by Zoë Saldana and other partners in May of 2006. The production company’s mission is to develop and produce media for Film and Television within a variety of genres while maintaining a standard of excellence. During the establishment of Cinestar, the company simultaneously began building ZoëSaldana.com as a way for the actress to connect directly with her fans.

During the fall of 2006, Zoë decided it was time to realize her passion of taking her creativity into other fields with the support of her entire team at Cinestar. With a clear direction already stamped out, the company took aim at developing a brand that captures the eclectic, earthy and always grounded aura of Zoë. They needed to start with a name for the new brand and… did you know? The brand name “Arasmaci” is an acronym for her family’s first names! It contains the first 2 letters of mother’s, father’s and two sister’s names. How fitting and very Zoë of her! This is the Zoë we all know and hope you get to experience through her website.

SHIPPING:

All of our apparel and jewelry pieces are handmade; this means that orders may take up to 7 days to ship, though most are shipped within 24 hours. If we can not ship your item within at least 7 days we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated delivery date.

You are responsible for charges for shipping and handling. Such charges are in addition to product cost. In certain instances, Cinestar is required by law to charge applicable taxes. You remain responsible for the prompt and proper payment of all taxes applicable to the products shipped to you or your designee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You must reference your Order ID on all exchanges!
Follow these steps for ALL Returns or Exchanges:

1. Print the appropriate Return Form
2. Fill out the Return Form by completing ALL fields
3. Pack merchandise with the appropriate, completed Return Form enclosed
4. Ship the merchandise to the appropriate address for Jewelry or Tees

The Arasmaci T-SHIRT guarantee:
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for exchange. All Tees that are unwashed, unworn or defective may be returned for an exact merchandise exchange only. Items must be postmarked within 14 days after date of receipt. Return items postmarked 15 days or more from date of receipt may not be accepted and/or may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%.

JEWELRY EXCHANGES

The Arasmaci guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective jewelry item for refund or exchange.

Within 14 days of original purchase: Cinestar Pictures, LLC gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by a Return form, the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. If the return form is not filled out correctly or the merchandise is returned on or after the 15th day from purchase, the refund amount may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
